Our caring and experienced practitioners offer a range of modalities including Chiropractic care, Acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine, Remedial Massage, Psychology, Psychotherapy, Counselling and Healing therapies:

Chiropractic Care: This involves the diagnosis and treatment of musculoskeletal disorders, particularly those related to the spine. Chiropractors use manual adjustments and other techniques to improve alignment, relieve pain, and enhance overall function.

Acupuncture: A key component of Traditional Chinese Medicine, acupuncture involves the insertion of thin needles into specific points on the body to balance energy, alleviate pain, and promote healing.

Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM): TCM encompasses various practices, including herbal medicine, acupuncture, and dietary therapy. It focuses on restoring balance and harmony within the body to improve health.

Psychology: A psychologist is a health professional who has completed a minimum five- or six-year sequence of university studies and who uses evidence-based techniques and strategies to help individuals. A Psychologist meets the requirements for registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA). A psychologist is trained to provide help for psychological distress including targeting emotions, thoughts and behaviors that are interfering with happiness, wellbeing and relationships. A Psychologist helps with a wide range of issues from depression and anxiety and relationship problems to trauma including attachment issues, anger management, trauma in first responders, childhood trauma, domestic violence, addiction, and chronic pain. Psychologists undertake extensive training additional to their university degrees and must ensure that they meet the professional training and competencies of a psychologist to maintain their APRHA registration annually.

Remedial Massage: This type of massage therapy targets specific areas of tension and pain in the body. It aims to relieve discomfort, improve circulation, and promote healing through various techniques.

Psychotherapy: Also known as talk therapy, psychotherapy involves therapeutic conversations between a client and a therapist to address emotional, psychological, and behavioral issues.

Counselling: Similar to psychotherapy, counselling focuses on providing support and guidance for individuals dealing with personal challenges, life transitions, or mental health issues.

Healing Therapies: This broad category can include various alternative therapies aimed at promoting physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being. Techniques may vary widely, including energy healing, meditation, and other holistic practices.
